I understand that my participation in sessions offered by Jennifer Evans is voluntary.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
Jennifer Evans is trained and certified in Reconnective Healing®, The Reconnection®, and Reiki. Sessions
may include other supportive elements consistent with the nature of this work and intended to support
personal awareness and overall well-being.
3. NOT MEDICAL CARE
Jennifer Evans is not a medical doctor or licensed healthcare provider and does not diagnose, prescribe, or
treat medical conditions. These services are not a substitute for medical care and are intended to complement, not replace, the care of a licensed medical professional.
4. NO GUARANTEES
Each person’s experience is unique and will unfold in its own time. No claims, promises, or guarantees are
made regarding outcomes from any current or future session. During sessions, the most supportive thing you
can do is simply relax and allow the process to unfold without effort.
5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE
I recognize that my health and well-being are my own responsibility and that I will seek medical care when
needed, and I release Jennifer Evans and Jenovation LLC from liability connected to these services.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential and treated with respect and care.
7. APPOINTMENT POLICY
If a session needs to be rescheduled, please provide notice as soon as possible so another time can be
explored. While every effort will be made to accommodate changes, openings are not always available. A $25 rescheduling fee may apply when a new time is arranged. Refunds are not offered, and this policy applies to both in-person and remote sessions.
