A Personal Reconnection is a precise and structured process that reactivates the body’s energetic meridians while reconnecting you to the Earth’s electromagnetic lines and a larger universal energy grid. It is designed to reconnect you with your innate energetic blueprint, the natural state of coherence you were born with, allowing your system to remember how to function in greater harmony on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Rather than focusing on symptoms, diagnoses, or intention-setting, a Personal Reconnection works beyond the mind’s need to fix or control. It invites your body and awareness into a state of presence and expanded perception. Many people describe the experience as deeply grounding, illuminating, or clarifying, often accompanied by insight, emotional release, or a renewed sense of connection to self and purpose. Unlike Reconnective Healing®, which may be experienced over multiple sessions, a Personal Reconnection is a once in a lifetime process completed through two appointments within a 48-hour period. Each appointment is approximately one hour in length. While the sessions themselves are brief, their effects often continue to integrate over time. Some people notice changes immediately, while others experience subtle yet meaningful shifts that unfold gradually as the process continues to integrate over time. During your Personal Reconnection session, you will remain fully clothed and comfortable. The experience is gentle and non-invasive, requiring no effort on your part. You may notice physical sensations such as warmth, tingling, subtle movement, or deep relaxation. You may also experience emotional release, imagery, or a quiet, meditative state, or you may simply rest in stillness. Every experience is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to experience a Personal Reconnection. . At its heart, a Personal Reconnection is an invitation to remember who you are beneath conditioning, stress, and distraction. It supports a return to authenticity, inner stillness, and alignment, creating space for clarity, growth, and transformation to emerge naturally.
