Service Description

Reconnective Healing® with Jen is often a life-changing experience that supports healing of the body, mind, and spirit while restoring optimal health, balance, and vitality at a profound level. Reconnective Healing® is a form of energy healing that reconnects you to a broader spectrum of energy, light, and information. Through Jen’s facilitation, your energetic state may shift to a more optimal frequency, supporting self-healing and balance of the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Sessions are primarily hands-off, and experiences vary widely, ranging from deep relaxation and emotional release to insight or physical relief. Results may be felt immediately or continue to unfold over time. At the forefront of its field, Reconnective Healing® represents an emerging level of healing that goes beyond traditional energy modalities. It requires no techniques, rituals, or diagnoses, while encompassing the benefits of many healing approaches. It is not a therapy or treatment, but a return to wholeness and life progress. Reconnective Healing® is a no-touch experience. You will relax fully clothed on a massage table for approximately 30 minutes, simply noticing and observing what arises. The full session lasts about one hour, including time afterward to reflect, integrate, and discuss your experience. The experience is most powerful when expectations are released, allowing coherence, harmony, and balance to be restored physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Most people find one to three sessions feel just right, allowing you to follow what your body and intuition need. Both in-person and distance sessions are available.
